1.Overall Framework

1.1 Structural Design

1.2 Drive Systems

  • Dial Drive: Imported U-shaped circular rail technology with 28 anodized silicone molds; servo-controlled platform lifting. Fully sealed dynamic components; double-insulated cooling area.
  • Preheating: 2 Leister heaters with adjustable airflow and heat output. Air cylinder-driven lift; handwheel for height adjustment. Timer-controlled heating; digital PID temperature display (with fan speed control).

1.3 Filling & Conveyance

  • Filling Machine: 1 x movable dual-nozzle filler (servo-controlled per nozzle, with secondary mixing). 2 x 30L tanks (external cleaning system). Quick-connect piston pumps; ceramic heating for precise temperature control. Electrically heated dual-layer hoses (replaceable inner hose for color changes).
